在Chrome 使用过种中，会出现 "a plugin (shockwave flash) isn't responding" 的提示，并且当前的选项卡假死，无响应了。经过一番研究，解决方法如下：

1. Google chrome 在使用过程中会出现 "a plugin (shockwave flash) isn't responding" 并停止响应：

2. 解决办法：

1).在 Chrome 地址栏, 输入chrome://plugins 并找到 “Adobe Flash Player /Shockwave Flash.” 项，点击 Disable.

2). 在 Chrome 地址栏, 输入 chrome://settings 打开 the Chrome 设置窗口. 点击 Advanced Settings -> Content Settings (under Privacy) 并选择 choose “Click to Play” under the Plug-ins group. 【或者是 Let me choose when to run plugin content】

至此，设置完成。终于解决 烦人的提示框和由此导致的 Chrome 当前的选项卡长时间无响应问题了。
